     Toasted Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients
1 package Toasted Coconut Shrimp Dip Mix
1 cup panko bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 cup olive oil
1/2 pound shrimp
 

Instructions
Wash and devein shrimp. Set aside. Add eggs to a bowl and lightly scramble. Add milk to eggs and scramble again. Set aside. Add package of Gourmet Creations Toasted Coconut Shrimp dip mix to a bowl. Add panko bread crumbs to dip mix and mix well. Add olive oil to pan and put on medium heat. Coat shrimp in egg wash and then in panko/dip mix and when pan is hot add shrimp to pan. Let cook until shrimp turn pink and serve as an appetizer or over pasta.
Serving Suggestions
Add shrimp to skewers and serve while hot.
