In a large bowl,whisk together the BBQ sauce, olive
oil and pepper. Toss potatoes with sauce mixture.
Spread the potatoes onto a foil-lined cookie sheet
in a single layer.
Roast until golden brown and tender for 25 - 30
minutes.
You can stir some BBQ sauce into sour cream for a
dipping sauce.
