     Vodka Salmon

Ingredients
1 T butter
1 T onion
1/2 C salmon
2oz vodka
1/4 C cream
1/4 C tomato
1/2 C tomato sauce
pinch nutmeg
1/8 T cayenne
 
Instructions
In a saucepan add butter, onion, and salmon. Heat, add vodka. Return to heat and add tomato, sauce, cream, and stir. Season to taste and serve.
