     Low-Fat Lemon-Honey Drop Cookies

Ingredients
7 Tbs. butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/3 cup honey
3/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
 
1/4 cup vanilla fat free yogurt
1/2 cup powdered sugar - Glaze
1 Tbs. lemon juice - Glaze
2 tsp. grated lemon rind - Glaze

Instructions
Beat butter, sugar and lemon rind until fluffy. Add honey, juice and egg; beat until well blended. Combine dry ingredients, stir and whisk. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture alternately with yogurt, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Drop by tablespoon scoop onto ungreased non-stic cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes at 350 F.
Combine powdered sugar, juice and rind in small bowl; stir with whisk. Brush glase evenly over hot cookies. Remove from pan; cool on wire racks
