     Blond Toffee Brownies

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose unbleached flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunk
 
1 cup Heath candy bar toffee bits

Instructions
Grease 13x9 baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat the butter, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients just until combine (batter will be thick)
Spread into greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with HEath bbarbits and chocolate chunks; press gently into batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars and enjoy!
