Combine all ingredients to form dough. Roll into balls and roll balls into cinnamon and sugar mixture to coat. Place onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Do not bake until golden brown. Cookie surface will be cracked when done and still light in color.
