     Spicy Clam Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 cup calm juice
1 cup whet wine
2 1/2 lbs Manila or littleneck calms
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup flat leave parsley
 

Instructions
Heat oil and garlic in saucepan, add salt and pepper. Add calm juice and wine, reduce. Add calms, capers, and red pepper flakes. Cook until calms open, 10-12 minutes. Serve over pasta.
