     Ham Chowder

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2-3 ham slices, cooked and cubed
2 onions, diced
4 cloves of garlic
1 large can whole tomatoes with juice, chopped
7 cups chicken stock
2 cups beef stock
8 medium red potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp thyme
 
1 1/2 tbsp parsley
Salt
Pepper

Instructions
Heat oil in large pot, add ham. Add onion and garlic, cook through. Add tomatoes and juices, along with stocks, potatoes thyme, and parsley. Bring o a boil, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until potatoes cook tough, about 30-40 minutes, season ith salt and pepper.
