Heat oven to 425. Put mango, raspberries, tbsp sugar in bowl,
toss. Place 1 sheet of dough, point facing you on sprayed surface,
sprinkle with 1/2 tsp sugar. Continue for 3 more sheets. Place 2
large tbsp of fruit a 1/3 of the way from the bottom point. Fold in
dough, sides, bottom, and fold up. Place on baking sheet.
Continue until all the fruit is used. Spray with cooking oil, and
sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 25 minutes.
