Whisk together mustard, vinegar. Slowly add oil. Cook pasta. Heat
2 tbsp oil in pan cook onion, add zucchini, cook through. Add
peas and spinach. Remove from heat and aadd scallions and basil.
Add to pasta and pour vinaigrette over, toss.
