6-8 medium potatoes, baked, peeled, diced or shredded/32 Ounce frozen hash browns
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup (or recipe for gluten free cream of chicken soup)
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
Instructions
Put potatoes in 9x13 pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and
pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 for 30-35 mins. Top
with 1 c. grated cheese and 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes if desired.
Bake an additional 10 mins.
