6 egg yolks
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 cup cake flour

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored - add orange juice and beat until very thick - gradually bet in sugar and salt, fold in flour a little at a time.
Beat egg whites with cream of tarter, gradually add 1/2 cup of sugar until stiff peaks form, and thoroughly fold whites into mixture. Bake in ungreased tunnel pan at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
