9 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. water
4 beaten eggs
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast

Put the flour in tupperware and make a well in the center. Scald the milk and other ingredients and mix. Pour the milk mixture into the flour well, but do not mix or stir. Seal Tupperware bowl and burp. Leave until seal pops. Add 1/2 cup melted butter and knead to dough consistency. Seal and burp again. When seal pops, knead roll and make into three loaves of bread or into rolls. Let rise for 20 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
