     Mango Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients
8 oz Washington bay or other small shrimp
2 Tbsp Clement Premiere Canne white rum
2 Tbsp key lime juice
1 1/2 Tbsp diced mango
1/4 c diced radish
1/4 c diced avocado
1/4 c diced tomato
2 Tbsp diced red bell pepper
1 Tbsp minced parsley
 
1/2 Tbsp minced thyme
1/2 Tbsp minced basil
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 seeded habanero, minced
herb crackers for serving

Instructions
In a non-reactive casserole dish, like Pyrex or ceramic, combine all ingredient and let stand in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Serve with herb crackers
