     Italian Cheese Bread Ring

2 1/2 c flour
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 t salt
2 pkgs active dry yeast
1 c water
1 c milk
1/2 c marg
~ 2 1/2 c flour
8 oz mozz cheese
1 t Italian seasoning
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 c softened margarine
2 T sesame seeds

Grease 12 cup fluted bread pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Blend first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Heat next three ingredients in saucepan until very warm. Add to flour mixture. Blend at low until moistened, then at medium speed for 3 mins. Stir in additional flour to form a stiff batter. Spoon half into pan.
Mix cheese, seasoning, garlic powder, and margarine. Spread over batter to 1/2 inch of side of pan. Spoon remaining batter over filling. Cover. Let rise at 80 degrees until double in size ~30 mins. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 mins or until golden brown & sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pan immediately.
