Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Combine eggs, sugar, flour & salt and beat until mixed with a mixer. Fold in the rhubarb, and spread it on the hot crust. Return to oven and bake for 40-50 minutes, but watch so the sides don't burn. Cool and cut.
Drizzle a vanilla glaze or frosting (thinned) over lightly for a little extra swee and color.
