Ingredients
8 cups rice chex
1 cup salted peanuts
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Spray 2 large baking pans. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, stirring well until completely coated. Spread in a single layer on the baking pans.
Bake for 12 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes.
Break into pieces and store in an air-tight container.
