Cook bacon until crisp; drain; reserve 1 tbs. drippings in pan.
Saute onion & garlic in drippings.
Add wine, cook 1-2 minutes, removing particles from bottom of pan.
Stir in turnip greens, cream cheese, sour cream, crushed red pepper, salt and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
Cook 6-8 minutes or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated. Transfer to lightly greased baking dish. Top with remaining parmesan cheese. Broil 6 inches from heat until cheese is lightly browned. Sprinkle with bacon.

Spinach can be substituted for turnip greens.
