Mix together the mince, sausage meat, onion, garlic,
apricots, breadcrumbs, rosemary and parsley with the
eggs, evaporated milk and sherry. Season well with
S & P.
Using wet hands shape the mixture into a large
loaf shape and place in a small roasting dish or
lasagne style baking dish. Fan bake at 180' for
40 mins. Mix together the ingredients for the
glaze. Remove the loaf from the oven and spoon
over the glaze. Reduce oven to 160' and return to
the oven to cook for a further 10 mins until glaze
is browned.
