1) Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with mixer at low speed
until smooth (use only 1 ½ cup flour at first).
2) Turn mixer to medium speed and add remaining 1 ½ cup
flour. Mix.
3) Cover in plastic and refrigerate for one hour.
4) Roll out until ½ inch and cut out doughnuts.
5) Deep Fry until golden brown on both sides.
