     My Chicken Soup

Ingredients
4 good sized Chcken Breasts
1 large onion chopped
2 stalks of celery chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 large can or box of low sodium chicken broth
1 packet of Knor's chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Tumeric
Couple of shakes of Mrs. Dash
 
Egg noodles or small pasta
Crusty Bread
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Saucepan

Instructions
Put olive oil in saucepan along with onion, celery, garlic and saute for about 5 to 10 mins. Do not burn. Add chicken broth and chicken. You can add chicken breasts whole and chop when one or cut into 2 inch cubes before and add that way. Add seasonings. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on Medium heat at a gentle boil for about 30 minutes. Cook egg noodles or pasta. Plan timing to be done the same time as the soup.
Serving Suggestions
Dish noodles or pasta into soup bowls, then add ckicken soup. Add parmesan cheese if desired. Serve with crusty bread and garden salad.
