Blend oreo cookies in food processor until form fine crumbs. Transfer oreo crumbs to bowl. Mix in butter. Press mixture onto bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Refrigerate. Whisk cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tablespoons milk until blended. Stir in half of cool whip. Spread over crust. Beat pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand until thickened. Spread remaining cool whip over pudding layer. Refrigerate 4 hours.
