Combine bread crumbs, onion salt, and brown sugar. Add egg. Mix in raw beef. Shape into patties and place in dish. Pour bbq sauce over patties. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Melt butter and honey in pan. Add onion and saute.
If desired - make additional sauce. Combine 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup bbq sauce, and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
