Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla and peanut butter. Sift dry ingredients. Add oats. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes in 13 x 9 pan. Remove from oven and put 6 oz chocolate chips on top and melt
Combine 1/2 c powdered sugar, 3 T milk and 1/4 c peanut butter and pour over chocolate.
