BAKE 350 TILL LIGHTLY BROWNED.

FILLING...........BEAT RICOTTA AND FRESH CHEESE ADD 1 C. PLUS 2 T. SUGAR BEAT WELL. ADD RAISINS.

COOL ON RACK 20 MIN. REMOVE FROM PAN AND COOL COMPLETELY ON CLOTH. WRAP IN FOIL AND PUT IN PLASTIC BAG. STORE IN FRIDGE OR FREEZE.
