     Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1.5 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin-pie spice
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp flax meal
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1.Take all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin-pie spice in a bowl. Mix well. 2.Take pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, sugar and flax meal in a bowl and beat until well combined. 3.Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. 4.Pour in lined muffin cups(fill about 2/3 cup) and top with chocolate chips. Bake in a 350F preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
