2 large cloves garlic
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (20 oz.) chick-peas (garbanzo beans)
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. water

Place garlic, water, lemon juice, oil and salt in blender and blend until pureed. Add sesame seeds and water and blend until pureed. Add chick peas; blend until smooth.
Serve with toasted pita bread, melba toast or raw vegetables.
