In bag or bowl, sprinkle steak with salt and pepper and rub
fajita seasoning on both sides. Then add Worcester sauce.
Let marinate for at least 1 hour (longer the better). Roughly
slice up bell peppers and onions and broil in oven to roast (10-
15min). Braise meat in really hot iron skillet with oil of choice.
After braising both sides...place in oven on broil (takes about
2-3 min on each side) watching closely along with corn on cob.
After meat finished, let rest for 3-4 min before slicing.

Meanwhile turn skillet on low and add roasted vegetables and
a finely chopped tomato. Sauté to soak up all juices and flavor
from steak (cover with lid). Melt the cheese in microwave.

When meat looks done, corn roasted, vegetables sautéed, and
cheese melted...then start putting taco fajitas together and
enjoy!
