     Baked creamy chicken taquitos

Ingredients
8-10 Small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 cups shredded chicken
3 tbs chopped cilantro
2 gloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbs lime juice
 
1/4 cup green salsa (I used herdez)
3 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except tortillas. Warm tortillas in microwave for thirty seconds to soften. Put a couple tablespoons of mixture in each tortilla and roll. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Sray tops with cooking spray and lightly salt with sea salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
I used my leftover salsa and mixed with sour cream for a dipping sauce.
