Preheat oven to 275°. Line the outside of a spring form pan with foil. Grease bottom and insides of pan. Beat sugar and cream cheese on high 8-10 min. Stir in eggs just until combined. Pour into pan and place in a shallow dish. Add 1'' very hot water and cook 70-75 min. Remove from bath and let cool 15 min. Chill overnight.
