     Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients
butter
½ c pecans, coarsely chopped
16 oz. crem cheese, softened
½-3/4 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1½ c pureed pumpkin
½ c sour cream
4 eggs
1½ tsp cinnamon
 
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tso cloves
¼ tsp salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°. Butter the bottom and sides of a 9'' spring form pan. Sprinkle evenly with pecans. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add pumpkin and sour cream. Add eggs one at a time then spices and salt. Pour into pan and bake 60-70 min. Cool then chill in fridge overnight.
