     Salsa Verde

Ingredients
1½ lbs tomatillos
½ c white onion, chopped
½ c cilantro leaves
1 tbsp lime juice
¼ tsp sugar
2 jalapenos, chopped
salt
 

Instructions
Remove husks and rinse tomatillos. Cut in half and place cut side down on foil lined baking sheet. Place under broiler 5-7 min until lightly blackened. Place all ingred in food processor and process until smooth. Season with additional salt if needed.
