     Cocoa Fudge Cake

Ingredients
1 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3c cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c sour milk (3 tbsp vinegar to 1 1/2 c. milk)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
 
Instructions
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add shortening, milk and vanilla; beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Add 2 eggs and beat 2 minutes more.
Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 9x13 pan for 45 minutes.
