     Jalapenos with Olive Cream Filling

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c chopped pimento stuffed olives
2 T olive juice
16 large jalapeno peppers, halfed lengthwise & seeded

In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, olives and olive juice. Spoon about 2 teaspoons into each jalapeno half. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Wear gloves when handling the peppers. Do not touch your face.
