     Sour Cream Rice with Chiles

Ingredients
2 c. instant rice, uncooked
2 c. chicken broth
1 t. garlic powder
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 sour cream
1 - 14oz. can mild green chilies, chopped and drained
 

Instructions
1. Mix rice, broth and garlic powder in Bean Pot. Cover and microwave on high 9 to 10 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
2. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and chilies. Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and let stand about 4 minutes until cheese is melted.
