Add ingredients according to your own bread machine. In mine I add wet ingredients first.
Turn machine on to "dough" setting and let it go.
When it's done place it on a lightly floured surface and punch it down gently. Makes one gigantic pizza crust, or two medium.
I like to put it on my stone, create a crust, coat the crust with olive oil and parmesan and pre-bake for 5-10 minutes at 450 to help in crisping during the baking cycle. Remove from oven, top with ingredients and bake for aprox 20 minutes at 425.
