     Calm Chamomile Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 cup chamomile tea
1/4 cup almond milk
1 small cup vanilla yogurt
1 T. cashew or almond butter
2 frozen sliced organic bananas (small-medium sized)
1 raw ripe banana (small-medium sized)
1 cup ice (try freezing cubes of coconut water!)
1 dash cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
 

Instructions
1. Steep chamomile tea for a few minutes, then cool in the fridge while making the rest of the smoothie. 2. Add all ingredients to blender. 3. Blend to desired consistency.
