-Trim asparagus, remove root end
-Preheat large pan on medium-high. Coat both sides
of chicken with creole seasoning
-Put oil in pan, add chicken, cook 3 min. on each
side
-Reduce heat to medium-low, put asparagus on top
of chicken and add 1/4 cup H2O and cover.
-Cook 8 minutes, undisturbed
-While chicken is cooking, whisk 3/4 cup H2O,
cream, and soup mix in small sauce pan, bring to
boil on medium
-Reduce to low and stir in chiles. Simmer 2-3
min. or until thickened
-After chicken is done, transfer asparagus to
serving plate and top with chicken
-Spoon sauce over chicken and serve
