     Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 cups shredded zucchini
 
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 pack (3oz) cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix oil and eggs. Add zucchini. Stir together, fold in nuts. Grease 13x9 pan. Bake @ 350 35-40 minutes. Frosting- whip cream cheese and butter together, then add the milk and vanilla. Slowly add the powdered sugar until reaching desired consistency. Once cake is dry, frost.
