1 cup plus 2 tbsp buttermilk
3 eggs
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries or mixed berries, partially thawed and drained
6 tbsp butter, melted
3 cups Cap'n Crunch, crushed
1 tsp cinnamon

Heat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, and sugars; beat well. In a medium bowl, mix flour, soda, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to the buttermilk mixture, beating until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with berries. Stir melted butter, cereal, and cinnamon together. Sprinkle on top of batter.
Cover lightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 10 minutes. Cut into 2-1/2 inch squares. Serve warm.
