Dash Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste

1. Dice chicken into bite sized pieces. Put in bowl.
2. Add marinade ingredients to chicken. Stir Well
3. Refrigerate Chicken
4. Cook Rice before starting stir fry
5. Prepare stir fry sauce. Can Add fresh ginger if wanted. Dont add corn starch.
6. Add corn starch and stir well. Press out lumps until sauce has a consisten milky brown color

7. Heat two tablespoons of oil in large skillet add green beans Use tongs to turn beans over while cooking so that they do not burn.
8. If beans are thick add two tablespoons of water to pan and cover skillet for a couple of minutes to steam cook to tenderness.

When chicken is cooked, add prepared stir fry sauce and stir. Sauce will quickly turn from milkey light brown to glossy dark brown as it cooks. Add string beans and stir to combine. Add dash of sesame oil if desired. Serve over rice.
