     Garlic & Chive Butter

Ingredients
1/2 cup softened butter,
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
 
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients. shape into a log or ball or patties. What ever your preference then refrigerate until use.
Serve the above on baked potatoes, on grilled or broiled steak, tossed with hot pasta, or spread on bread and broil.
