     ITALIAN SLICED STEAK PIZZAIOLA

Ingredients
1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL
CUT OF ANY STEAK OR
1 CHUCK STEAK
2 ONIONS
2 GLOVES GARLIC MINCED
1 TEASPOON ITALIAN SEASONING
2 CUPS TOMATO SAUCE
 

Instructions
HEAT OIL IN SKILLET. ADD STEAK AND COOK ABOUT 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWNED ON BOTH SIDES. REMOVE STEAK. ADD ONIONS, GARLIC, ITALIAN SEASONING AND COOK UNTIL TENDER. RETURN STEAK TO PAN. ADD SAUCE. COOK OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL TENDER ABOUT 1 HOUR OR UNTIL STEAK IS VERY SOFT AND TENDER TO CUT.
