     Chocolate Pudding Cookies

Ingredients
4 Tbsp butter plus 1/4 cup low fat yogurt
1/4 cup Crisco plus 3 Tbsp. low fat yogurt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 small box instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
1 tsp, vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
2 1/4 cups flour
 
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or M&Ms
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, yogurt, Crisco, sugars, pudding and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs. Gradually add soda, and flour.
Stir in chips or M&Ms.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 mins.
