1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 c. whole milk

1/2 c. strong brewed coffee
|

1 1/2 tsp. espresso powder
|

1 tsp. vanilla
|

1/2 c. unsalted butter, room temp.

1/2 c. granulated sugar
|
|
1/2 c. light brown sugar
|
|
1 egg, room temp.

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350.
|
|
|
Mix espresso powder into coffee until dissolved. Let cool. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Beat butter and both sugars 2-3 min. Add egg adn beat until combined.
|
|
|
In measuring cup add milk, brewed coffee, ending with flour mix.
Bake 17-20 min.
