3 pkgs dry yeast
1c oil (corn)
6 c warm water
2 T salt
1c sugar
18 c flour

In a big bowl, dissolve the yeast in a small amt of warm water. Add salt to the water. Add sugar and oil to the yeast mixture and stir. Add remaining water and stir. Add flour using as much as needed to make stiff dough. Knead on a well floured table. Add flour and knead dough until dough doesn't stick to hands. Put back in a bowl and oil the top well. Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk. Punch down and let rise again. Punch down and form rolls or loaves. Place in greased pans (3 bread/ rolls/ 24 cinnamon rolls) and let it rise again. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. For loaves and 12-20 min. For dinner rolls. Remove immediately and butter tops lightly.
