Dissolve yeast and sugar in hot water.
Let sit for 8 min,
Meanwhile mix flour and salt.
Pour yeast mixture over flour mixture and stir well w a heavy
spoon.
Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 2 min.
Spread into a 12-14 inch circle( on pizza pan w pin)
Cover w sauce and toppings
Bake at 590 degrees for 8-12 min. Or until edges are golden
brown.
