     The BEST Healthy No Bake Cookies Of All Time

Ingredients
3 cups whole oats
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup Splenda for baking
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1 very ripe banana
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
 
optional- cinnamon to taste

Instructions
1) Mash the banana very well. Combine all other ingredients except for the oats and the vanilla in a medium sauce pan and mix well. 2) Bring to a boil over medium heat. Let it boil for one minute before taking it off the heat. 3) Add the oats and vanilla and mix well. 4) Spoon out golfball sized cookies and flatten them down slightly with the back side of the spoon. 5) Put them in the refrigerator to set. 6) Enjoy -)
I love finding new ways to make my favorite recipes a little more healthy! The banana in place of butter in this recipe is not only a more healthy option, but tastes soo delicious! I have tried many varieties of this recipe and this one is BY FAR my favorite!
