     Potato Casserole

Ingredients
5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 (10 ounce) can golden cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cups milk
1 cup shreddeed cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place sliced potatoes in sprayed 2 quart baking dish. Dilute soup with milk or water and mix well. Pour over potatoes and bake covered for 45 minutes. Top with cheese and bake uncovered for additional 15 minutes.
