In large frying pan over med heat, combine first six ingredients, stirring for 3 min. or until cheeses are melted and smooth. Reduce heat to low and add macaroni and bacon to mixture. Stir for 4 min. or until macaroni is coated.
Meanwhile, heat broiler. Pour mixture into ovenproof serving crock. Broil 2 min. or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Remove from broiler and sprinkle with pepper if desired.
Garnish with chives and tomatoes.
Suggestion: Add heat with a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce in cheese mixture.
